He is known for his ability to manage complex and litigious claims for ships, oil rigs, barges, local craft, yachts and marine installations on behalf of insurance Underwriters as well as acting and advising on behalf of Underwriters and ship owners in salvage operations, towage, warranty and condition/safety assessment of various vessels, offshore units, Oil and Gas facilities, ship repair and new-building yards. He has also acted as a consultant for projects where technical specifications were written, costs estimated, and commercial contracts negotiated. He is a qualified auditor for Port Risk and Oil Terminal Risk Assessments and Shipyard Risk Assessments, and is a proven expert witness.
