Conduct survey and provide witness statement/ verification of cargo loaded/ discharged. Conduct sampling and quality testing as required and prepare reports for proof of shipment. Establish the condition of the container and cargo, temperature requirements, pre-cooling, stuffing, ventilation, drainage and insulation, data logger information, positioning of temperature loggers (temptale) and recovery of same for shipment history. Protect carrier, receivers and shippers from claims for perishable cargo claims.
